How do I replace water filter on KSCS25FKSS00?

I can't figure out how to pull out the old water filter on my Kitchen Aid Superba KSCS25FKSS00. Any help?

Read the instructions on the box! Use a pair of pliers to turn the filter counterclockwise...remove the end piece and affix to the new filter and install, turning clockwise. Then rinse the new filter until clear.
