Alpha CB33 Combi Condenser not firing, but fan constantly running?

My Alpha HE CB33 has been making a few loud noises recently, then blew the internal 2amp fuse. This was replaced, but now the boiler won't fire (no hot water ot CH), but the fan constantly runs. Any idea's?

I had the same problem. Fitted a new PCB (£309) and it was fine for a month. Just today started doing it again. Trips straight away when I run the hot water and takes a little more time when just the heating is on. STRESS!
