i have just had to move my oil tank but its below the level of my boiler its a gerkros gem and a riello 40 burner.im worried that the fuel wont be pumped up too the boiler the distance between them are about 5 mtres..would a tiger loop solve this

yes,but a tiger loop is a two pipe system so you will have to change the oil line on the burner.also most boilers can pump the oil up.
