How do I fix my MK2 Fiat Punto washer motor?

My windscreen washer, front and back has stopped working. I was told that it was the motor and if I can get the part it is easy to replace myself. Does anyone know how to do this in simple terms? Its a Mk 2 2002 Punto Active Sport.

I cant hear anything at all, the wipers move but there isnt the usual whurring motor noise, just silence.

Before you change motor, can you hear the washer motor turning when you activate it? if you can then it may just be a slime blockage where the motor is attached to the water bottle.
