I have the same problem as this. When I contacted Lane all they did was send me large peices of the recliner. I need a diagram or better instructions on how to fix this. I tried going back to where I bought this they no longer exist. Please help me I am in my 70's and cannot afford a repair man. Nor am I able to afford another reclinder.
