the disc will not read and not play keeps cycling until it finally reads and start playing the disc.

they are very cheap products using second grade materials, throw it away and buy a little better brand, everyone i know has trouble with the durabrand surrond sound players, they wont play alot of disks and out of the box mine would scramble up and would never give a good quality picture, i took it back to the store and guess what this one does the same things exactly !! Time for a little better brand !!
