hi, how do i reset my beko wma 510 as the light is staying on wash and spin/end and wont let me do anythink else.

was told to unplug machine at wall for 2 hrs then plug back in and hold start pause button for 5 seconds and it is working again!!!!

press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.drain pump will start up.let it complete its routine (takes 2 mins or so).now the machine has reset.select program as normal and retry
