It won't turn on at all. It did once this morning, but then shut off. I've had it plugged in all night and it won't charge. It's saying it is, but there's no difference in the bars. Sometimes, it won't even say it's chargeing at all. I have t plug it in a ton of times before it acts like it is. Rarely the computer recognizes it's there. Any help? PLEASE!

Maybe it has a reset button? Usually it needs a pin or something inserted into a small hole located on the player to do this.
