how do i get the airbag light to go off on my vectra?

i,ve put a new steering rack in my 1997 vectra and now my airbag light is on all the time i,ve checked the tape at the back of the steering wheel and replaced it but the light is still on

Your car will have to have a trip to vauxhall, so they can plug it in and reset the light!.
