Treadmill stops during operation Proform 595pi?

My treadmill Proform 595pi runs for about 3 to 4 minutes then stops. The console has readings. The warranty company replaced the controller, reed switch, wire harness, and the console. Basically everything is new but the treadmill still stopping. I am getting new treadmill under warranty, but it is bugging the heck out of me as to why it is doing what it is doing? I have lubricated, heat sensor is replaced. Any help is appreciated. The belt tension, drive belt, incline motor all looked at and verified OK. Can some one mechanically inclined can let me know if I can do something before discarding the machine?

Jay,
My treadmill is now doing the same thing... Did you fix the problem yet?

Try checking the reed switch to ensure it is no more than 1/8" away from the magnet. I was having the same problem with my treadmill (get to about 1/4 mile and the belt would stop and the console would zero out). Though my reed switch wasn't "far" away, pushing it close up against the magnet (without rubbing) seems to have fixed my problem.
