Lack of gas for small rings on Cannon Harvest?

There doesn't appear to be any gas getting to the 2 small rings on my Cannon Harvest. The 2 large rings are still working fine, but these is no gas smell or sound when I turn either of the 2 small ones one.
Is there an easy way to fix this?
