Hi I have washed an item of clothing and have noticed a small piece of plastic has came off during tfrom my the cycle and it is not in the drum or hiding in the seal could you tell me where this item is likely to end up and how I can remove it from the machine?

it could be in the filter,bottom hose or stuck under the drum.filter unscrews as per instruction in the user manual.bottom hose is held to drum with a clamp that would need undoing with a pozi screwdriver or if it is under the drum you would have to pull the heater out by undoing the 10mm nut and prising out with a screwdriver
