how can i light my potterton prema profile boiler?

i have a potterton profile prema boiler and the pilot light is off and no hot water coming out of the taps.how do i relight the boiler?

i am a heating engineer and can confirm there is no pilot on your boiler.it has fully electronic ignition.
try reseting the overheat reset underneath the bottom plastic control panel.
there could be many other faults that cause the boiler to be inoperative.
