i have a hotpoint ew81 halogen double and i cant get the auto to stop flash?

how can i get the auto flashing to stop on my clock so that i can use the ovens i cant get the time on the clock since the electric went off

You have to set the time on the cooker then it will stop. then you can use the cooker. note as soon as you switch off the cooker power, eg cooker switch. you have to enter the time all over again to use the cooker.
