how can i fix my hotpoint ultima 1200?

I have a problem with my washer it spins gets rid of the water to a point then it stops and said check out Flo pip cud the filter be blockt

filter problem ,hidden in the sump hose,the black hose that leaves the bottom of the outer drum .

machine must pump out in a specific time or a fault is clocked up and the program will stop till rectified
