Baxi Bermuda Pilot Light Keeps Going Out?

Pilot Light goes out shortly after turning the boiler on, it can be relight.

This started last week after flushing the system.

Problem is gradually increasing in frequency, and pilot becoming increasing difficult to relight

Any suggestions please ?
