The cannon caress coal effect fire Model 28224G ignites ok and runs on high and medium settings but switches itself off after a few minutes when turned to the low setting.
Whats the problem? Is it easy to replace faulty component? Many thanks.

I have just had a Corgi fitter in for exactly same problem on the same fire Cannon 28224G. He cleaned out the pilot light area and found the pilot light jet was blocked. It works ok now. Cost of visit + service £58
