06 forester no start?

ok, so here it is. I have a 2006 forester 2.5 turbo, you can drive the car for about 20 minutes and after it sits outside for about 10 minutes it will not start. It will crank and crank 4 - 5 times and then finally start. There is not any fuel pressure when this is occurring. The fuel pump and relay have both been replaced. The fuel pressure will run normal at 55 psi, then when it sits outside for a bit it will be at 100 psi and the vehicle will not start. Have checked the pressure regulator and the diaphram is intact and it is operating properly. When the car sits outside overnight it will start up just fine, the fuel pressure gauge will still read 100 psi at that time as well. When it is in its no start phase, you can hear the fuel pump run, when you purge the pressure out of the gauge, you will hear it run and the pressure will stay at 0, then on the 5th or 6th key cycle the pressure will jump to 50 - 60 and the car will start. I have been scratching my head for a week trying to figure this out, have talked with Subaru techs with no luck (thats why the fuel pump and relay have been replaced), have been searching all over, can't find anything. Any help anyone may have will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
