My cuckoo clock fell off the wall and one chain came out. We have managed to put it back however the cuckoo only comes out 1x on the hour and not as per the hour eg 12 times at 12h00. Did I perhaps put the chain back wrong. There is no repairer in Johannesburg so can you give me advise.
