How can I increase the water pressure on my BAXI COMBI 4W?

My Baxi Combi boiler is banging and sucking and sounding like its gonna explode. The water pressure is in the red. How can I increase the water pressure? I have found a bolt labelled Cold water inlet 15mm but it does not move!

Why do you want to increase water pressure on your boiler, if it is in the "red"? You must decrease it.
