Zafira running lumpy/ hesitant especially when cold . When warm symptoms improve but are still there under low load. Coolant temp sensor changed twice and fuel filter changed. I've been informed that the egr might need blanking and a reprogram - any thoughts.

Hi Keith, it could be either the egr or the idle control valves need a clean as they get gummed up with deposits you need to clean them with a spray "carb cleaner" do not use WD40 as the oil in it will cause the valves to gum up even quicker, contact me on nige110162@hotmail.co.uk and I'll mail you the info and locations
