how can I fix a concrete birdbath thats broken in too?

Hello Christine,

there are a couple of building adhesives that will do the job very well. Try Gripfill or sticks like sh*t - both available from proper builders merchants not focus etc.
Cover both sides of joint, press well together, prop up if necessay, scrape off excess and leave overnight. Caution both are messy and you may want to wear pvc gloves
