Hi.
This should do it:

Turn key to P mode.
8.70000
Now press a tax shift button. If you only have one tax rate, use tax shift 1. Otherwise, it will depend which rate you are changing.
You may have to press CASH to finish (some models require it)
Turn key back to Reg mode and try it.
