Strange grinding noise when slowly turning (VW Sharan)?
Hi,
Was wondering if anyone knows what could be causing this? Its mainly when am pulling up or driving slowly into a car park space. Its a grinding noise coming from the front, as if the steering column is rubbing against something?? Hope this makes sense, not v technical!!!
hi, been a vw tech i can solve this for you, the top suspension mounts are siezed, there is a small bearing that siezes up, either on both sides or just the one, regards
