how do I remove the spare wheel from under a P reg clio?

Trying to help a damsal in distress but she doesn't have her manual and I can't seem to remove the spare from under her P-reg Renault Clio. Could someone please help

Use the wheel brace to lower the cradle by turning the bolt anticlockwise.
