how can i open the door on my ariston margherita cde12x?

The door is 'locked' shut at the end of the cycle and i can't open the door - any ideas anyone please?

Has anyone managed to work this out??? I have removed the filter as that was blocked so I think this originally caused the problem but the door still won't open!!!!
