pilot light wont stay alight?

my boiler is a glowworm space saver 52 and it keeps switching the pilot light off even though it does spark initially.pliz help iam going mad from getting up numerous times in the night to relight it.

Either the pilot is dirty or you have a faulty part called a thermocouple which needs replacing
