Chain becomes loose Stihl 034?

Have a stihl 034 chainsaw and the chain becomes loose after a short while, thought it might be the Chain Tensioner so have replaced that, but still loosens after a few mins.

Try raising and locking the tip of the bar in this position when setting up and tensioning the chain.
