Last night the alarm went off, even though it wasn't set. The alarm would not deactivate from either key pads. The only way to stop the alarm was to switch off the power and open the case to remove the back up battery. Any suggests on how to fix problem. I have been in the house over 4 years and never replaced the battery.

hi have had this problem with texecom panels before sounds if in needs replacing how old is it.
