How can I obtain or get repaired, the plastic inner guides (which sit and run on the track), which have snapped off? The doors were fitted in 1994. The metal sliding mechanism which houses the plastic guide for the track seems to be a fixed unit at the top of the door - one each side - and I, as an amateur, cannot see how one can remove/replace these parts.
