i have a '96 ford Taurus gl and i had the back passenger side busted. all you do is take the trim off, and under it are three nuts, one in each corner. take them off and pop the broken one out. then put the new one in with some silicone around the edges to keep it from leaking. tighten the nuts and put the trim back and you're done.
