i can not get to the back of the headlight because of the water bottle?

can not get to the back of the back of the headlamp to pull the bulb out because of the close proximity of the water bottle for the wipers! Does it need to go in to the garage?

Pull the water bottle up of it's slider clamp. I bet it's a suzuki
