DHW?

I have a vaillant turbomax the central heating workes ok but when I call for hot water the burner goes on the temperature rises to 80c then the burner goes out the temperature drops then the boiler lights again and so on the water goes hot cold hot cold

De scale it may be use of power flush or remove and descale it outside
