Hello , my friend pluged this dvd player into a 24 v ciglighter socket it blew a capacitor on the circuit board wich i replaced , it powers up now gives the drive motor a kick then stops and repeats this action it draws 1.6 amps when stoped and 750ma when it kicks in again , the laser is not traversing. can you help
