how to fix my zanussi timeline 1600 machine?

my washing machine drum is solid, cant rotate it at all ,electrics still work on display, is my machine very ill?

look between the rubber door seal and the stainless inner drum at the front where you put the clothes in and see if there is some clothing trapped down the front of the tub.common fault for jammed solid drum
