How can I fix my cold tap in kitchen?

When I turn the cold tap on in the kitchen nothing comes out. All other taps working fine.

Sounds like it's blocked! Has it been leaking when turned off? If so the tap washer has broken up and blocked the water inlet. The tap will have to removed, stripped unblocked and cleaned. Hope this helps
