Top & Bottom Oven Elements Gone?

The top & bottom elements on my dads creda hallmark 49511 cooker have gone, grill and rings work fine.
Would all four elements go at once or is this another problem, I do not want to buy new elements if its something else causing the ovens not to work.

you really need to test the elements with a multimeter and check there continuity rather than buying them and hoping it works.multimeters are cheap now days
