Paper jammed and we tried to clear by putting in reverse. This just seemed to clog even more.

We cleaned out as much paper as we could from top and under carriage of shredder.

Now, when you go from forward to reverse mode, teeth turn approximately one time. The motor keeps running, but the teeth stop.
