Baxi 105HE How do i release the pressure?

I want to change a radiator how do i release the pressure i believe there is a switch, knob on the boiler which one

turn the valves off both sides of the rad you are changing, saves drain boiler. Or
if your rad is higher than the boiler, a drain point is right hand side of boiler (close to pump white cap). undo 2 screws lift white cover.
