I have been unable to find anyone who repairs snow globes in Australia.

In fact the only person I have found who can repair them is a man by the name of Dick Heibel and he lives in Minnesotta. His details are:

He is in his 80's so he doesn't have an email address.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but the fact that Mr Heibel already receives snow globes from Australia suggests that it isn't something that is done here. At least he doesn't charge a lot.
