Super glue is of use, but you may need to apply some on each surfaces, let it dry, apply a little more and place the pieces together as china surfaces are somewhat porous.
Another possibility is to use epoxide cement. It will provide a supperior bond, but it will take a few minutes before it sets and the pieces need to be held frimly in place during that time. You should let that cement cure at least over night.
