Indesit WIE 147 Fails to start any wash cycle ?

the error code thats showing is F12 and I have done the trouble shooting instructions

F12 usually means cable from top board to bottom board is not connecting. Unplug machine, remove cable from top board, nip it with your fingers and push it back on. Do the same at the main board in the bottom of the machine. Machine should now start. Tony 07730120672
