Door hinge lug broken. Unscrewed the two screws holding the door to the front panel and "clunk", the internal bracket that the door screwed into fell inside.
So now I need to take the front panel cover off to recover the bracket and fit a new door hinge lug. No obvious screws holding the cover.Maybe the door seal has to come off first? Poor design eh!

tilt machine back and recover bracket from underneath, unclipping the door seal will allow you to hold bracket in place while attaching hinge. probably one of the easiest machines to work on due to design
