My washing machine won't switch from rinse to spin cycle. It completes rinse cycle and acts like it will start to spin, but starts the rinse cycle over again. I can forward it to the spin cycle and it will complete the cycle. I have tried running it on the cold and hot cycle to see if the problem is specific to temperature. Do you know what this problem is and how can I fix it? Thank you.

Check the out of balance lever & switch. This lever protrudes down behind the bowl on the right rear corner. The switch is located inside the panel just above the lever. If it is stuck on or switch is faulty the control module will not allow the spin to happen. Instead it will step back to rinse again to try and balance out the load.
