How can I fix my spi mp3 player when I turn it on and go to my music files it says file system error what should I do because I have already restarted it.

go to the main menu by pressing the menu by holding the m button and then go to the sys tool by pressing the middle button, highlight reset and then click, highlight yes and ur music should be back, it might say file error but press on the next button to go the next song, the problem is that i only know it works for the one thats shaped like the i pod nano that has a little cross in the middle, and a little circle in the middle of the cross. and we tried turning it off and then checking to see if it works but u gotta do the same routine over to get ur songs back, i did this on my cousins spi mp3 she got for her birthday. well hope it works for u

idk i have the same problem. i have two spi mp3 players and they are both acting really retarded. they are just pieces of cr*p!!!!!!!!!!!!!
