How can i fix my THOMSON DV3 DIGITAL TERRESTRIAL RECORDER?

I HAVE GOT A THOMSON DV3 DIGITAL TERRESTRIAL RECORDER MODEL DTl6300-16. The problem is when i plug the power in it start up but there is just a black screen on my TV. And then the THOMSON DV3 stop and a red light starts to flash and you can not do anything with it. the only way of swiching it off is by on pluging it.
