the glow plugs on my ford iesta 1.8 d is only reading 10 volts?

the glow plugs on my ford fiesta 1.8 d are only reading 10 volts? Should it be 12 volts? what would be the cause of it?

Hi, you first need to get the battery voltage with nothing switched on, then isolate each glowplug to see which is draging the volts down, the plugs are a heavy current drain so 10v is not supprising for an old battery
