i have an apm6855 50:50 fridge freezer purchased from mfi and is i believe manufactured by schreiber. the freezer is working fine but the fridge is not working (light inside fridge is working) the temp is showing as H (temp 9+above correct temperature) and my food has gone off?

how can i fix this

I have exactly the same model and I just had someone around to mend. He said that because the freezer temperature was so high - 27 (should be -18) that brings the temp up in the fridge. So paid over £100 and he didnt do a thing at it seems to be working. I dont actually know what temperature it should be on for the fridge, is it +4?
