I am sure that your ThinkPad is not stolen but I have no intension of explaining on an Open Forum how to negate security on a PC and I hope that no one else will. (It is a recipe for even more stolen laptops.)

If you have forgotten the Windows password then take the PC with proof of ownership and ID to a local computer shop and they ought to be able to help you.
