My oven is stuck on " Auto" I can`t get any response from any of the buttons or any combinations of them.The light on the socket is on, and the fuse is fine. I don`t know if this is relevant, but shortly before I noticed this fault there was a power cut ?
The oven is electric and the hob is gas.
When the socket is switched on, the oven 'dial' flashes between 0.00 and 'auto' HELP PLEASE!!!!

Make sure all oven controls are turned Off.
Check the electricity supply to the cooker is turned on.
When switched on the display will show 0.00 and Auto symbol will be flashing intermittently.
Press & hold in both the “Minute Minder” & “Cook Period” button together.
With the “Minute Minder” & “Cook Period” buttons still held in, press either the “+” or “–” buttons to set the correct time of day.
Release all the buttons simultaneously.
